Tim has 24 years of law enforcement experience in police operations, supervision, training, criminal investigations, anti-terrorism and criminal intelligence in the State of Mississippi. He has 16 years operational experience in various US Government law enforcement training, diplomatic security and counter-terrorism programs in various nations of the Middle East region and Afghanistan.

Tim has a successful professional background in international program management, project management, budgeting, administration, logistics, contracts, vendor sourcing and property management.

Tim has conducted security and risk assessments in the Middle East region for international medical organizations such as the Le Bonheur Childrens Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Nation Children’s Cancer Society. Tim previously served as a Middle East terrorism and geopolitical expert on the Homeland Security Defense Coalition (HSDC) and served from 2018-2020 as the Resident Chief of Counter-Terrorism programs in Afghanistan for the Diplomatic Security Service’s Office of Anti-Terrorism Assistance and the State Department’s Bureau of Counter-Terrorism.

Tim is also a level-I & level-2 certified Hostage Negotiator and Crisis Intervention Specialist.
