CODE OF CONDUCT

 

1. Commitment to Attendance

1.1. Members are expected to attend regular gatherings and be fully committed to their participation.
1.2. Regular attendance is crucial for fostering meaningful connections and collaborations.

2. Dress Code and Attire

2.1. Members must adhere to a corporate dress code; no sneakers or casual wear are allowed at regular gatherings unless specifically advised otherwise in the invitation.

3. No Guests Policy

3.1. Members are not allowed to bring guests to any gathering; only registered members may attend. Moreover, members cannot send a proxy to attend events on their behalf if they are unavailable.

4. Non-Solicitation

4.1. Members must commit to attending gatherings and engaging with the community without soliciting investments or fundraising. Persistent attempts to seek financial support or sell products are not permitted and will result in disciplinary action.

5. Integrity and Fairness

5.1. Members must act honestly and fairly at all times when dealing with other members, potential clients, customers, and counterparties, and be good stewards of their interests.
5.2. Members should avoid any acts, omissions, or business practices that could damage the reputation of their organization or The Abrahamic Business Circle.

6. Compliance with Laws and Standards

6.1. Members must observe applicable laws, regulations, and professional conduct standards when carrying out business and apply them according to principles rooted in trust, honesty, and integrity.

7. Conflict of Interest Management

7.1. Members must be alert to, and manage fairly and effectively, any relevant conflicts of interest.
7.2. Any potential conflicts should be disclosed and managed transparently.

8. Professional Conduct and Social Behaviour

8.1. Members must act professionally and courteously in all interactions.
8.2. Members should represent The Abrahamic Business Circle positively and support its mission and values.
8.3. Members must strive to uphold the highest personal and professional standards.

9. Respect for Privacy and Confidentiality

9.1. Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and their businesses.
9.2. Sharing of sensitive information without consent is not allowed.

10. Contribution to the Community

10.1. Members should be willing to share their expertise and knowledge to contribute to the community.
10.2. Members are encouraged to engage actively and participate in the Circle’s activities and events.
