TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership and Sponsorship procedures

1. Membership Application

1.1. Membership is by invitation only and requires two recommendations from existing members. Applicants need to demonstrate substantial wealth and a recognised professional background.
1.2. A certain net worth does not automatically guarantee admittance. There are other important, less easily defined requirements that are qualitative, with particular emphasis on the potential contributions to the Circle and the shared humanitarian values.
1.3. The approval of membership is solely at the board’s discretion. After your application is fully submitted, it will take up to five (5) working days to receive the outcome.

2. Membership Renewal and Expiry

2.1. A list of members whose membership is due for renewal will be circulated to the Management Board as part of the monthly report.
2.2. All memberships renewals are subject to the board’s approval.
2.3. Membership commences on invoice date. The membership fee needs to be settled within 10 days of the issue date. If payment is not received after due date, membership will be cancelled.
2.4. In case of successfully approved renewal, and no response from the member has been received, the member will be deemed inactive and removed from the system.
2.5. When a member communicates in writing that they no longer wish to be a member, their membership will be de-activated and their information removed from the system when their membership expires.
2.6. If no response has been received by the end of the second overdue month, the member will be deemed inactive and removed from the system.
2.7. When a member communicates in writing that they no longer wish to be a member, their membership will be de-activated and their information removed from the system when their membership expires.

3. Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Membership registration
The membership registration is not complete until full payment is received.

3.2. Transfer of Membership
The Abrahamic Business Circle Membership is only valid for the named individual and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.

3.3. Cancellation
All Membership and Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Sponsorships can be transferred for a future event to be used within 12 months from the notice, subject to availability. Bank charges will be fully borne by the Member, Sponsor, or Registrant. If a membership is cancelled due to misbehaviour, as outlined in our Code of Conduct, there will be no refund.

3.4. Payment Refund Policy
We reserve the right to return the payment and refuse acceptance of the booking at any time, for any reason, at no penalty to us. Any refund due, once approved, will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice to your original payment method.

4. Event Policy

This policy covers all events organized by The Abrahamic Business Circle and applies to all circumstances.

4.1. Registrations
Participants need to register for each event 6 weeks in advance to be admitted. The specific dates and details will be shared ahead of time via email.
All registrations are valid for the named attendee and only for the registered event. Registration cannot be transferred to a different date or event. If you cannot attend the event, please contact us.
If the participant cannot present a valid confirmed invitation containing a QR, there will be strictly no admittance.

4.2. Event Admittance
Before entering an event, we reserve the right to ask for a Government ID to be admitted to the venue. Members are not allowed to bring any guests to the events.

4.3. Substitution and Transfer
Transfers of registration to another Abrahamic Business Circle event are not permitted. Once membership has expired, no claims or adjustments can be made for any unused portion during the one-year period.

4.4. Changes of Venue
Changes in itinerary, location, content, host, or other arrangements may happen with little or no notice before the event date for reasons beyond our control.
It may be necessary to cancel an event for reasons beyond our reasonable control. There cannot be any claims made against The Abrahamic Business Circle for cancelling or postponing events under any circumstances whatsoever.

4.5. Cancelation of Registration
We reserve the right to revoke an approved registration to any event without giving
reasons, if the organisers deem necessary. Any refund due, once approved, will be
issued within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice to your original payment
method.

4.6. Presenting at Events
There is strictly no pitching allowed, except by approved sponsors for the respective event. Presentations must focus on ‘knowledge transfer’ and require prior approval by the event committee.

4.7. Adhere to Code of Conduct
All members and attendees not adhering the Code of Conduct, may be refused entry to the venue and will result in expulsion from the Club.

5. Consent for the Taking of Images, Videos, Mailing, and Logo Authorization

5.1. By attending the event, attendees consent to the taking of photographs and video recordings, and their publication on websites, social media networks, and blogs. This consent also includes receiving mailing lists in connection with upcoming events or newsletters.
